The Coalition's 12 Point Plan - CCTV cameras

Dr Andrew Southcott,
The Hon Michael Keenan, Shadow Minister for Justice and Customs, met with local business and community groups in Blackwood to discuss the security needs of the area. Cr Mark Ward, Chair Blackwood Action Group and Jane Silbereisen, Chair Blackwood Business Network led a walk around the main shopping street of Blackwood to point out the vulnerabilities of the area. Dr Andrew Southcott has secured $300,000 toward installing CCTV cameras in the area as part of the Coalition's new 12 point plan for crime prevention.
Dr Southcott has also negotiated $5 million toward the upgrade of Blackwood's roads if the Coalition is elected.
