Disregard the other negative comments.
Their business name says it all- Its a warm, friendly family clinic that cares. Dr Mark, Dr Hannah and Dr Ramzan are great doctors. I want to give a big head up to Dr Ramzan - this doctor is incredible and so friendly. The staff behind the reception desk are friendly and attentive. There is also ample parking, comfy chairs in reception and attached to business is pathology which is very handy. Blackwood family care clinic

1. Waited almost 2 hours for my visit
2. Pauline the receptionist is rude, incompetent, condescending and has no concept of customer service 3. Loud and not tuned-in radio in reception area...great for sick people sitting for long periods of time waiting for their appointment
